Eric M. Kociba
Eric Kociba has over 15 years of litigation experience, bringing to resolution issues of tort liability, product liability, corporate dissolutions, and other business disputes. He also has experience in forming and managing day to day operations of companies and limited liability companies.

His prior roles include the in-house counsel at two large companies, including a national fuel distributor with revenues of more than $1 billion, and the general counsel of a software vendor to the healthcare fields.
Eric graduated magna cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2001, having arrived there after working as a policy analyst at the Michigan State Legislature. He also served as a clerk to Justice Marilyn Kelly on the Michigan Supreme Court after graduating from law school.
Eric enjoys cycling and supporting his alma mater, Eastern Michigan University. He also sings occasionally at Our Lady Star of the Sea parish in Grosse Pointe, Michigan.
