Lindsay F. Sikora
Lindsay is an experienced litigator who aggressively advocates for her clients. In her role as Of Counsel to the firm, she focuses her practice on all varieties of corporate litigation as well as corporate formation and governance, contract negotiation, and other business matters.
Lindsay graduated cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2011 and was a member of the Dean’s Honor List, Inns of Court, and Moot Court Board. Lindsay has worked for 6 years in a very intense litigation practice and recently prevailed in a significant personal injury case in the Michigan Court of Appeals, as published in Michigan Lawyers Weekly.
Over the course of her career, Lindsay has gained substantial trial practice experience, which enables her to provide valuable insights into the litigation strategies employed on all of the cases in the firm.
In addition to her business litigation and transactional work for Rossman Saxe, Lindsay maintains a very successful, boutique personal injury practice in Berkley, Michigan. She has recovered millions of dollars for her clients in a relatively short period of time, and is accepting cases at the present time in the areas of auto negligence, auto no-fault, premises liability, dog bites, and general negligence.
